    This website(www.doccentre.net) has two functions, educational and public service.It is aimed at creating better understanding of issues of public importance. It does this, not by re-inventing the wheel, but by pointing out and showcasing existing information and analysis from a wide variety of sources. This we hope will promote further reading of the original books as well as generate public debate. CED does not claim copyright to all the information. What CED does is compile, create databases, and helps users access to information which is of public importance. Wherever possible we have pointed to the original URLs.  The backup copy helps when links are outdated. Your contribution, and any subscription that members may pay is for the compilation and co-relation work, documentation and the database work that makes this access possible.
